The Belvedere Residence
The "Belvedere" Residence is a 7 storey residence with 4 or 5 appartments per floor. It is located on the "Dijk", the
seafront, with its main entrance on the sidewalk street "Halmenstraat".
The "Belvedere" was built in 1960, and counts 35 appartments. The first generation of owners is gently giving way to
a whole new group of individual owners, and most of the residents are keeping their appartment for themselves more than for
renting purposes.

From our most recent years bookkeeping we can extract the following information:
