When you walk on the beach of De Panne, the Belvedere residence is located close to the most central point of the Seafront.

Typical of the belgian beaches are the wooden changing houses that often marks the best part of the beaches. As you can
see, the Belvedere residence is one of the best location. The appartment is on the third floor, with a direct front view on
the beach.
Each appartment has its private cellar in the basements.

You enter the appartment through an entrance hall that gives access to the sleeping room, the toilets, the kitchen and
the main living and dining room. The main entrance of the building is remote controlled with a speak-a-phone system.

The vast sleeping room is currently equiped with a queen size bed. The matrass has been renewed in 2006, and one of the
wall has been transformed in a very practical giant cupboard.

Facing the cupboard, in the sleeping room, there is a shower corner and a sink corner. The heating energy is mainly gaz
(for the water and warming of the living room) and electricity (for heating the sleeping room). The window gives on an internal
courtyard.

The toilets and the kitchen gives also on the same internal courtyard. The kitchen is furnished in traditional "sixties"
style, and has a 4 fire gaz cooking table and oven, a micro-wave oven and a fridge. The sink is a stone one and all necessary
appliances are available. The kitchen has also a large window opening on the dining room.

The large living and dining room (20 sqm) accomodates easily 6 people at the table. The coach becomes for the night a
confortable double bed, and an additional bed gives a total sleeping capacity of 5 under normal conditions. The furniture
also counts 3 individual seats and 6 chairs.

The living room is also equipped with colour TV, radio, cable TV. The cuttlery for 6 people is available, with glasses,
plates, cups and boards.
All you need to enjoy a perfect stay from your first day in the Belvedere is included in the offer.

The front part of the building has been recently renovated. At the occasion, the window were replaced with double glasses
PVC windows, and new decoration. The works have been protected against water penetration and there are rolling protecting
stores securing the appartment when you are away.

Figure yourself siting in front of the sea. Looking at your children or grand-children playing on the beach. There are
few places like this to relax and enjoy at the same time.
